Form Loom Hub strives to make delivery straightforward, predictable, and convenient. This Shipping Policy explains how orders for our four-piece bedding sets, blankets, mosquito nets, and other household textile products are prepared and shipped.

We primarily ship orders to addresses within the United States.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, product, carrier restrictions, or other logistical considerations.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

2. Shipping Charges

Our standard shipping structure is:

Orders of $10.00 or more: Free shipping.

Orders below $10.00: $5.99 shipping charge.

The applicable shipping charge, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

3. Order Processing

After an order is successfully submitted and payment is authorized, we begin preparing the merchandise for shipment.

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Product availability;
  • Order volume;
  • Warehouse operations;
  • Address verification;
  • Payment authorization;
  • Holidays;
  • Severe weather; or
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Transit

After an order leaves our fulfillment facility, delivery time depends on the carrier, destination, service level, weather, transportation conditions, and other factors.

A carrier's estimated delivery date is an estimate rather than an absolute guarantee.

5. Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it may be provided to the customer through email or another applicable communication channel.

Tracking information may not become active immediately after a shipping label is created.

6. Delivery Address

Customers should carefully verify their shipping address before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for delays or additional expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, to the extent permitted by law.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

  • The delivery location;
  • Mailroom or package area;
  • Household members;
  • Building management;
  • Neighbors; and
  • Carrier delivery notes.

You may also contact the carrier.

If the package remains missing, contact us with your order information so that we can review the situation.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon arrival, photograph the packaging and merchandise as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Description of the damage; and
  • Supporting photographs where available.

9. Multiple Products

If an order contains multiple products, items may, where operationally necessary, be shipped separately.

This does not necessarily mean that an additional shipping charge will apply.

10. Weather and Unavoidable Delays

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Hurricanes;
  • Flooding;
  • Severe storms;
  • Winter weather;
  • Transportation interruptions;
  • Carrier disruptions;
  • Public emergencies;
  • Labor disruptions; or
  • Other events outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when such events affect delivery.

11. International Shipping

Unless specifically stated at checkout, we do not guarantee international shipping availability.

Customers should not assume that an international order can be fulfilled merely because the website can be accessed from outside the United States.

12. Shipping and Returns

Shipping charges and return-shipping responsibilities are governed by both this Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy.

Where a return results from our error or an eligible product defect, we may provide different shipping arrangements.
